Self-Love Yoga & Sound Retreat
Julie Jones Yoga and The Sonic Wealth Coach (formerly Light and Sound with Roshni) cordially invite you to Self-Love Yoga & Sound Retreat.
What to expect: Join us for a nourishing afternoon of self-love and me-time, where you will be guided through gentle chair yoga and soothing sound healing. This retreat offers a space to relax, release tension, and cultivate self-compassion while being supported in body and mind. Refreshments such as an apple tart, cake, chocolate-covered strawberries, alcohol-free mulled wine/hot punch, hot teas and other yummy treats will be served. 🩷
All participants will be required to complete a Client Intake + Consent Form. Once you have booked your spot, you will receive an initial confirmation email which will include the link to complete and submit this form. We kindly ask that you complete this form prior to the retreat to ensure that we have all the necessary information for your participation. Please remember to specify any allergies or dietary restrictions you may have in the form.
Retreat Schedule:
1:50 pm - 2:00 pm: Arrival 🩷
Upon arrival, we will welcome you and give you time to set up and settle into your space.
2:00 pm - 2:10 pm: Introductions 🩷
Julie and Roshni will introduce themselves.
2:10 pm - 3:10 pm: Self-Care Yoga with Julie 🩷
The afternoon will start with a lovely, cosy and nourishing seated yoga practice which has at its heart self-care and self-appreciation. You will use natural breathing and explore movement slowly and quietly. You'll be able to release any held tension through deliciously, mindful movement. We'll be moving safely and finding ease of movement, following the ancient wisdom of Yogic teachings.
There will be the sense of settling into the surfaces of the chair and sometimes the sense of finding uplift from the chair. We will find how to move flexibility through gentle, mindful movement and moments of stillness. We'll include rest and dropping into breathing patterns that are restorative.
The class will include:
gentle yoga seated on armless chairs that are stable and will not slip.
mindful movements that can be taken standing, with the option to touch to the back of the chair or to remain seated. I will guide each option.
moving to armchairs for our final relaxation and closing of our yoga practice.
3:10 pm - 3:20pm: Break 🩷
This will be a chance for you to socialise with your fellow retreat participants. Light refreshments will be available.
3:20 pm - 4:20 pm: Self-Love Sound Bath with Roshni 🩷
Immerse yourself in a magical self-love sound bath, where healing vibrations wash over you, melting away stress and inviting deep relaxation. Let the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls guide you into a serene state of self-connection and inner harmony. This sound bath will leave you feeling refreshed, nurtured, and aligned with your highest self. Enchanting instruments such as the Crystal Singing Bowls, Koshi chimes and Buffalo Drum will be introduced in succession during this full body, listening experience. The session will end with a special retreat closing meditation.
4:20 pm - 5:00 pm: Refreshments 🩷
We will finish the day by celebrating together and enjoying some apple tart, cake, chocolate-covered strawberries, alcohol-free mulled wine/hot punch, hot teas and other yummy treats! Gluten-free and nut-free options will be available. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know as soon as possible.
5 pm: Finish 🩷
Wrap up the retreat.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring the following items with you:
A blanket for the sound bath
Arrival: We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes before the session starts to settle-in comfortably and relax. Julie and Roshni will be available to answer any questions that you may have.
