But my life wasn't always bathed in such soulful light.
It was about control…
I wasn’t always in this space of flow and alignment. In fact, I came from a world that was all about control, deadlines, and the relentless chase for success. I spent years as a career-driven woman, working in high-stakes roles at the top global banks in the banking and fintech sectors. My life was a continuous loop of strategy, competition, and striving to prove my worth in a male-dominated industry.
Emotionally stuck…
But as the pressure built up in my career, so did the cracks in my personal life. I was trapped in a deeply toxic marriage, feeling disconnected from my true self, constantly in survival mode, and far from the essence of who I truly was. I felt stuck, like my life was happening to me rather than being created by me.
But my own soul never gave up on me…
In the midst of that darkness, there was light. Although I was very unhappy with my job, it taught me how much I loved to teach and guide others, and how good I was at it! Through those hard experiences, I learned how to care for and love myself, and how to overcome the need for other people's validation.
That’s when something magical happened. I found sound healing and it changed everything.
It wasn’t until I discovered the power of sound healing that everything changed. I began to hear the call of my own soul, to feel my own heart beating beneath all the layers of fear, doubt, and conditioning. Through sound, I shifted timelines and moved into a new lifeline—one where I was no longer driven by fear or by the need to control. I started to lead with my heart, trusting in my own inner wealth and intuition.
But it wasn’t all sunshine and roses…
I still had doubts, fears and insecurities that came up frequently, asking me to stop and go back to where I was. However, as I gave myself permission to fully embrace my healing journey, I began to step into my power.
As I kept moving forward and stepping into the unknown, the universe rewarded me…
I began to align myself with the people, experiences and circumstances that led me into fully stepping into my purpose and calling.
This journey has transformed my life from one of struggle and striving to one of ease, flow, and true joy. I found my passion as a Sonic Wealth Coach, and my mission now is to guide other high-achieving women on their own journey to unlock their inner wealth.

And so it started…
In 2022, I created 'Humble Heart Girl' to share the transformative power of vibrational medicine.
During my travels to India, Bali, Portugal and the US, I learned different sound healing modalities and energy practices from many different sound healers, mentors and practitioners. This gave me a unique perspective on the various ways to use sound for healing and transformation.
With the expertise I gained, in 2024, I took a step forward and rebranded my business and identity to 'The Sonic Wealth Coach.' In doing so, I took my practice to the next level.
The birth of Sonic Wealth™
I created Sonic Wealth™ as the result of my own healing journey, deeply inspired by the transformative power of sound healing. After years of chasing external validation in high-pressure environments, I realised that true wealth was already within me, waiting to be unlocked. Sound healing helped me shed fear and doubt, revealing the inner gold that had always been there.
I empower others to embrace this same truth: confidence and abundance come from within, not from external achievements. By stepping into flow, sound healing—what I call “liquid gold”—opens us up to receiving effortlessly and aligning with our highest potential.
I guide my clients on a powerful transformation journey designed to unlock the wealth that already exists within them. Through sound healing, energetics, and transformational coaching, we work together to dissolve limiting beliefs, fears, and resistance, creating space for deep self-awareness and healing.
