This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Roshni Dattani ("The Sonic Wealth Club") and the member ("Member") subscribing to the services described below.

1. Membership Subscription
By joining The Sonic Wealth Club, the Member agrees to participate in the services provided under this Agreement, including access to periodic sound baths, sonic transmissions, recordings, exclusive content, frequency flow sessions, and community engagement, as described on the official website or marketing materials.

2. Frequency Flow Sessions

The Sonic Wealth Club provides Members with access to monthly frequency flow coaching sessions, during which selected Members have the opportunity to receive personalised guidance and support directly from Roshni Dattani. Participation in these coaching sessions is optional and subject to availability.

While the coaching provided during these sessions is designed to be transformative and insightful, no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes or results. The Member agrees to take full responsibility for their own growth, choices and actions based on the coaching provided. Coaching does not replace professional therapy, financial advice or legal counsel.

3. Subscription Details

• Founder’s Circle Membership: For those joining at the time of launch, the membership fee is £99 per month. This lifetime rate will not change as long as the Member remains subscribed to The Sonic Wealth Club.

• This special founder’s rate of £99 per month is secured for Members who remain in good standing through continuous subscription.

• If the Member cancels and later re-enrols, the Member will be subject to the current membership rate at the time of enrolment.

4. Payment Terms
Payments for membership are due monthly on the anniversary date of the first payment. If a payment is missed or delayed, access to services may be temporarily suspended until the outstanding payment is made in full.

5. Cancellation Policy
If the Member wishes to cancel their subscription, they must notify The Sonic Wealth Club by email or through the designated cancellation process at least 7 days before the next monthly payment date. The membership will end on the following payment date, with no further charges applied.

6. Founder’s Rate Terms

• The founder’s rate of £99 per month is valid only for those who join The Sonic Wealth Club at the time of the launch and/or lock in the founders rate when it was made available, and remain continuously subscribed.

• Members who cancel and wish to rejoin at a later date will be subject to the rate available at that time, which is expected to double in 2025.

7. Coaching Services

The Sonic Wealth Club includes access to monthly frequency flow sessions and group coaching elements within the community. These services are intended to provide Members with personalised insights and collective support for their personal growth journey.

The Member acknowledges that all coaching, whether in group settings, is general in nature and not tailored to individual needs unless otherwise specified. Intuitive coaching sessions are intended to provide guidance and inspiration, but no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes or success. Results are dependent on the Member's personal efforts and circumstances.

8. Termination by The Sonic Wealth Club
The Sonic Wealth Club reserves the right to terminate membership for any Member who violates the terms of this Agreement or engages in disruptive behaviour. If terminated, the Member will receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of the subscription if applicable.

9. Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for the monthly membership fees once the payment has been processed. Members are encouraged to review their subscription carefully before committing.

10. Access to Services
Upon successful payment, the Member will receive access to all services as described, including periodic sound baths, sonic transmissions, recordings, exclusive content and access to the Telegram community. Services may be subject to change at the discretion of The Sonic Wealth Club.

11. Community Guidelines
Members are expected to engage respectfully and positively in the community, including the associated Telegram group. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the club without refund.

12. Limitation of Liability
The Sonic Wealth Club provides sound healing and related services with the intention of promoting wellness and personal growth. These services are not intended as a substitute for medical treatment or therapy. The Member agrees to use the services at their own risk and waives any claims for damages arising from the use of these services.

13. Amendments to This Agreement
The Sonic Wealth Club reserves the right to amend or modify this Agreement at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the services will constitute acceptance of such changes.

14. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom.
